Ms. Jackie Ong ensures that State and County Office reports are filed timely and accurately, oversees reporting of the District’s Average Daily Attendance (ADA); processes Regional Occupational Program (ROP) claims and reports; monitors the junior and high school ASB, maintains the Human Resources employee database and processes Cafeteria month-end closing and Federal and State Claim Forms. Ms. Ong reports directly to the Director of Fiscal Services.
